Last spring, Marte Lundberg accompanied eight students all the way from a tiny village in northern Norway to London with ADC’s Work Experience Programme. At the moment, we are working together with Marte to bring about a project that far exceeds our first collaboration - as a total of 18 students will take part in the programme next year. We spoke to the international coordinator about project planning, peer-to-peer motivation and the lessons learned from their last London adventure.
