Did you know you could take a cable car ride in London? Many tourists don’t know about it, simply because this attraction is somewhat further south-east from the bustling town centre. But it is certainly worth a trip if you’re looking for a unique view of the capital’s most iconic buildings and attractions.

Conveniently located just five minutes from the O2 venue by North Greenwich Tube station, you won’t be asked to queue for long as cabins arrive every 30 seconds. One-way daytime “flights” are approximately 10 minutes each way for only £3.50. This can be extended as part of the Discovery experience tour which will guarantee you extras like a non-stop round-trip, an on-board video tour, free entrance to the Emirates Aviation Experience and a souvenir in-flight guide. All for just £8.40.

Most of you will be busy working during the day but worry not, evening rides are even better. After 7pm you can enjoy extended “flight” times of 12 to 13 minutes across the Thames allowing you to really take in London's captivating night sky, the reflections of the O2 and the awe-inspiring lights of Canary Wharf.
