Every once in a while, we publish news and updates regarding deadlines, events or changes to our organisation. We believe in transparency, and this way you’re less likely to miss out on information about European mobility, Erasmus+, our Internship and Teacher Development programmes and how to make the most of your project. Any questions? Please contact us on email@example.com or post a comment below.
1. The application deadline for Erasmus+ Call 2017 is here!
The deadline for the application has just passed and now all we can do is wait until the results are published towards the end of spring. We've heard from a few different sources that funding is supposed to rise this year, which means that more schools are likely to be successful in their application. Let's hope for the best! Did you miss the deadline? Don't worry. Now you have plenty of time to prepare for next year's Call. You can contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on +44 20 8424 9424 to find out more.
By the way, did you know that Erasmus+ is celebrating its 30th anniversary this year? During that time, ADC College alone has introduced thousands of students to London life. In the coming years we are planning to welcome many more!
2. We have renewed our British Council accreditation
We have now received official notification from the British Council that we have passed the inspection and our accreditation has been renewed for another four years. It means that strengths have been noted when it comes to the quality of teaching and teaching material used, as well as administration and our care for students.
According to the British Council's website, the accreditation means that ADC College classifies as a high quality school teaching English as a Foreign Language (EFL). The external inspections assure that all accredited centres meet or exceed the agreed quality standards in management, resources and environment, teaching, welfare and (where applicable) care of under 18s.
3. Introducing ADC College Dublin
As you might have noticed, we're now providing the Internship programme in Dublin. So far we have confirmed 17 groups from Germany and Austria, but we will confirm more groups after Erasmus+ Call 2018. The first groups will arrive between autumn 2017 and summer 2018, so expect to hear more about the initiative then!
