Our WELSTM (Work and English Language Study) programme offers the opportunity to work and study English in London.
In addition to a relevant and rewarding work experience, participants can elect to study for, and
gain, an internationally recognised English Language qualification.
Your experience with ADC College in London will help you to communicate effectively with native English speakers, will equip you with vital skills required to be more successful in your future job applications, and will deliver a lifetime’s worth of memories and experiences.

(Work Experience Placement Programmes)

a) Unpaid Short Work Experience Programmes. typical duration; 1-3 weeks. Suitable for groups of 8 or more school students in the age range 16-19 years. Students are supervised at all times. Usually these projects are funded by the sending country LdV agency (applies to EU countries only).

c) Unpaid General Internships for career development. Typically 3 months, suitable for graduates or post graduates above 20 years of age who wish to gain international work experience. Interns are expected to return to their own country. Unpaid work. Private funded or LdV supported programmes.

d) Unpaid Enhanced Internships for faster career progression. Typically 3 months duration or longer. Suitable for high flyers and academic achievers, graduates or post graduates above 24 years of age who wish to gain work experience in specific industries or occupational competencies with leading international companies based in London (could lead to a permanent job offer and rapid career advancement after completing internship). Unpaid work. Privately funded.
